Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately. Social Bright is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the termination of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Social Bright will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
